By booking with Xtreme-Jax Cleaning Support Inc., you agree to these terms.
We provide residential, deep, post-construction, Airbnb/turnover, office, and move-in/move-out cleaning per the scope in your quote/confirmation.
If we miss something, let us know within 24 hours of service with photos; we’ll return to re-clean the missed areas as soon as possible. Refunds are not offered in lieu of re-clean.
Client must provide safe access (key, code, concierge) at the scheduled time. If our team cannot access the property or is turned away, a lockout fee applies (see Cancellation section).
For the safety of our team, we do not: move heavy appliances/furniture, clean biohazards, mold beyond minor surface areas, or handle infestations. We reserve the right to pause/stop service if conditions are unsafe.
We take care in your home/office. If accidental damage occurs, notify us within 24 hours with details/photos. We will repair or replace like-for-like up to our liability limits. Pre-existing damage, improper installation, unstable items, or normal wear are excluded.
We bring professional supplies and equipment. If you request we use your products/equipment, we’re not liable for related outcomes.
With your consent, we may take non-identifying before/after photos for quality control and training. We will never show personal/identifying items without permission.
Please secure pets for their safety and our team’s. We are not responsible for pets escaping during entry/exit.
Payment is due at service completion unless otherwise agreed. We accept cashless payment methods (invoice link/card). Late balances may incur late fees and collection costs.
Our aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
Service is time-and-labor based. Our Satisfaction Re-Clean is the primary remedy. Refunds are considered case-by-case for services not rendered due to our fault.
